Join TDS fencers, students, co-instructors and friends as we get together once again for a day of swords, fighting and conversation. Also, we'll be collecting donations to support our host All Saints Parish Church. Here are the details:
For donations we are hoping to reach a goal of $2000. Have some friends and family sponsor you - their checks are tax deductible. An average donation per fencer of $50-$100 should do the trick.

The sala will remain open at least until 2pm. If we receive a guarantee from other fencers that they will attend we'll arrange to stay open to 5pm.

In the past we have scheduled specific days as "Open Sala", which means that we plan on staying open longer than usual for training. This allows us to invite fencers from across the region to join us for collaborative training. The difficulty has always been nailing down that perfect day. To facilitate this process we are now considering all Saturdays as open!

Congratulations to our three newest fencers on successfully completing the first examination process! Bernadette, Dominic and Geoff each passed the written, oral defense, instructional and combative exams. They are now fencers in the sala and have the rights to free combat and continued training in all weapons.
